Suspensions​

A suspension temporarily blocks a user, with a record of who issued and lifted it. Open at https://core.mlhtools.com/resources/suspensions.

  • User: the suspended member.
  • Starts at / Ends at: the suspension window.
  • Status: active, expired, or lifted.
  • Reason: why the user was suspended.
  • Lifted reason: why the suspension was lifted, if it was.
  • Issued by / Lifted by: the admins who issued and lifted the suspension. Issued-by defaults to the current admin.

Account deletions​

An account deletion tracks a member's account-deletion request as it progresses:

  1. Pending
  2. Login disabled
  3. Confirmation email sent
  4. User data purged
  5. Completed
  • Initiator: whether the deletion was started by the user or the system.
  • Last error and Completed at: the most recent error (if any) and when the deletion finished.

If a deletion gets stuck, the Reprocess action re-queues incomplete deletions for processing.
