Fellowship
The fellowship resources manage applications, the tracks people apply to, the pods
(cohorts) they join, and their enrollments. Find them under
https://core.mlhtools.com/resources/ (/fellowship_applications,
/fellowship_tracks, /fellowship_pods, /fellowship_enrollments).
:::info Maintainer note Add the operator workflow: how an applicant moves from application → track selection → enrollment into a pod, who does the placing, and what each enrollment stage means for stipends and access. :::
How the pieces fit together
- A member submits a fellowship application and selects one or more tracks (recorded as track selections).
- The member is placed into a pod through a fellowship enrollment.
- Each pod offers one or more tracks (linked through pod tracks).

- Enrollment stage: enrolled, in progress, graduated, or dropped.
- GitHub handle and GitLab handle.
- Stipend amount and Stipend currency.
- General notes and Salesforce ID.
- Links to the user, application, pod, and series.
